About the role


We have a unique and extremely exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our new team at Lamborghini Edinburgh.


As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our clients and our workshop.

You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep our clients up to date at every stage whilst answering any questionsor queries they may have.

You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about our clients vehicle status and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time.

You will also have the ability to offer best advice on our products and services to our clients.


In addition to the Service Advisor role you will also be responsible for processing Warranty claims to our Manufacturers and manage our customers data base.

You will actively call our customers to make convenient appointments for their annual servicing,MOTs and any other work that may be due on their vehicle.


This is a challenging role where you will be expected to deliver the very highest levels of customer care and satisfaction.

You will take the time to talk to our clients and build a genuine rapport with them which will form a positive relationship for futurevisits to our dealership.


Sytner Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.


About you
Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail.

A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demandingenvironment.

Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous, but not essential.
