Inside Sales for the UK market to join an established technology business based in Basingstoke.


Job Overview:

This highly motivated and organised individual will be reporting to the Regional Business Development Manager.

Proven experience, Proficiency with various Computer Software Systems, Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals, Ability to comfortably talkto others, Ability to make cold calls to generate new clients, Good Written and Oral Communication skills for creating professional documents and giving presentations to interested clients, Good Time Management and Organisational skills, Ability to listento concerns and handle criticism without taking it personally, Willingness to travel to give meet with potential customers, attend conferences, trade shows, and other events.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Making calls and following up with clients to meet their needs
  • Quoting Customer orders
  • Working with community partners to increase involvement
  • Developing relationships with potential clients
  • Maintaining good relationships with existing clients
  • Highlighting benefits of making purchases through us vs another
  • Developing and analysing data to determine how to better accommodate new and existing customers
  • Performing research on accounts to help increase interest in the organisation
  • Offering demonstrations for products and services to potential buyers
  • Making sure to understand the individual and unique needs of each customer
  • Be a proficient user of the CRM to ensure customer details and contacts are updated
  • Send PR/ Marketing/ E shot information to Customers
  • Regular reposts access to UK Twitter and LinkedIn accounts.
  • In charge of collecting expiring support services to offer renewals before the expiring date
  • Take any new customers through the portal to bring them up to speed.
  • Through mentoring, develop BDM skills and experience and take on small accounts

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Motivated and enthusiastic. Capable of "thinking outside the box" and build/maintain customer relationships
  • Ability to plan and organise sales schedules
  • Maintain a professional and polite disposition at all times
  • English required to Business Level
