Description
Very good knowledge about fresh and dried fruit which can help make decisions quickly

  • Inform all relevant people/ departments about any potential issues (proactive planning) and make decisions on outcome
  • Suggestions and support on improvements to procedures and processes
  • Supervisor cover while on holiday/off business
  • Stock reviews of raw material (QC RAG) prior to production for next day
  • Take charge of the area and Support QC team members in any situation
  • Returns process
  • Handover to other Team leaders/QCs
  • To be a good coach for the QC team
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible on covering someone or doing extra days when needed
  • To be a supportive and a good team player
  • Responsible and diligent
  • Good communication skills

Job Types:

£26,870.00 per year
