Are you an experienced PQ Management Accountant looking for a new challenge?

This is an opportunity for a passionate and driven professional to join a small team as the new Management Accountant, reporting directly to the Finance Director.

Our client is looking for an experienced, organised and detail-oriented individual with a 'constantimprovement' mentality and motivation to get involved in day-to-day operations.

Furthermore, you will need strong analytical skills with the ability to create and manipulate Excel Pivot Table effectively and generate reports and Vlookups from large data sets to produce business reports.

Specific duties include:

Daily, weekly and monthly sales, stock and vendor reporting.
Management accounts preparation for the two Group companies, including the management information pack.
Periodend balance sheet reconciliations (Sage 200).
P&L variance analysis and investigations.
VAT returns.
Maintaining and improving Financial Controls within the business.
Assisting in the selection and implementation of new software and operational processes.
Development of reporting of KPIs.
Working with business managers to deliver outstanding service to our customers.
Very occasional cashbook posting and Bank reconciliation.
