This client is currently taking the sports industry by storm and due to growth seen within the business they are now looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the team.

If you love working with numbers and want to join a rapidly growing industry where you will get some excellent exposure then this opportunity is ideal.

Working closely with the Finance Manager and a great team you will be managing all of the company's transactional accounting.

The business understands the importance of professional qualifications, so they are happy to support you with your AAT studies and eventually onto ACCA / CIMA.

To be considered for this role you will need at least 2 years' experience in a similar role and studying your AAT.

The Finance Manager has already mapped out your progression with the business, so you can rest assured knowing you're going to join a business which offers excellent career prospects.

The first 12 months - you will be settling in with the team, gaining a full understanding of how the business operates. Managing the company's purchase and sales ledger you will be able to fully immerse yourself in the business.

12- 24 months - the Finance Manager will look at getting you involved with more senior duties including assisting the Management Accountant with month-end. You will be sitting in essential board meetings and analysing the company accounts.

24 months onwards - if you feel comfortable you will be able to progress into an Assistant Management Accountant role, this is a great opportunity to take your career to the next step. Everyone in the business has progress and you can follow the exact same path.
