Description

Due to ongoing expansion and a thirst for growth we are looking for customer service advisor for our site based in ST1.

At Response Logistics we have a tech-focused approach for our purpose of moving freight efficiently throughout the UK & Ireland.


We are looking for customer service advisors to ensure the communication of the final leg of our delivery process is delivered to an exceptional level.


Job requirements:

Ensure sure friendly, professional, and accurate information is being provided for our customers.

Be able to follow the department core processes.

Be honest and provide input in the weekly team meetings to help make company improvements.

Be computer savvy

Be comfortable talking on the phone.

Be a team player.


What we are looking for:


  • 2 year previous experience as a customer service advisor

Personal qualities:


  • Strong communication skills to influence and work collaboratively with other team members.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and competent with technology.
