Description

The Administrator will have day to day responsibility supporting the operation of Digital Services (Online STI Testing & Condom Distribution Scheme) provided by Sexual Health West Sussex and providing administrative support to the Health Promotion & Digital Services team.

The post holder will be oversee the consumable supply chain for Digital Services, to enable the service to meet it's commissioned targets.

The post holder will ensure that requests for Digital Services are acted upon and will be first point of contact for telephone enquires from service users, professionals and members of the public.

The post holder will support the wider team, to support delivery of sexual health promotion activity across West Sussex.

The post holder will ensure supply and stock levels of consumables, required to operate Online STI testing & Condom Distribution Scheme (Digital Services) are maintained; working with the Lead Administrator to monitor and order stock and highlighting any issues which may affect supply chain and service delivery.

The post holder will be responsible for preparation and distribution of testing kits and condoms for postal delivery and for supply to collection points.

The post holder will process and action requests for testing kits, condoms and laboratory test requests, inputting patient level data into clinical information systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The post holder will deal with incoming telephone calls from patients, professionals and members of the public, responding professionally and escalating to appropriate members of the team

The post holder will support the Lead Administrator in actioning routine activity data reports.

The post holder will provide administrative support to the Health Promotion & Digital Services team's outreach & training deliver.
