Description
We have a great working from home opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a large public sector organisation, with occasional working from their sites in Bangor and Dolgellau.
You will be assisting the Senior Leadership team providing administrativesupport to a very high standard on a daily basis.As a Personal Assistant your main responsibilities will be:
- Providing the highest level of professional, efficient, administrative, and secretarial support to your designated Executive or Leadership team
- Coordinating workflow to enable optimum use of time, managing diaries, arranging travel, booking accommodation, coordinating with other administrators
- Providing secretarial support at meetings and boards, taking minutes
- Developing good working relations with internal and external key stakeholders
- Dealing with complex enquiries, manage and lead the coordination of specific corporate / directorate work
- Preparing documents, presentations, reports, and provide interpretation and analysis of a range of information
- Previous experience working in a high level administrative / PA role supporting senior level managers and stakeholders
- Strong IT skills, experience with Microsoft Office; word, excel, power point, excel, outlook
- Good organisational skills
- Good written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate confidently with excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure using your own initiative in order to meet deadlines
- Fluent Welsh communication skills would be desirable
In return you will be rewarded with an attractive salary of £14.03 per hour (depending on skills and experience) plus holiday pay.
Mainly home based, with occasional workingfrom their offices in Bangor or Dolgellau.Supertemps Limited is acting on behalf of our client as an employment business.
