- First point of call via the shared inbox for any queries or questions
- Update and maintain internal systems
- Ensure payroll is accurate in terms of benefits including ensuring all joiners and leavers are correct
- Invoicing
- Adhoc project support
Key Skills:
- Experience within a HR administration or a strong administrator
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise your workload
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent IT skills with a sound knowledge of MS Office programmes
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
