  • End to end administration of all employee benefits
  • First point of call via the shared inbox for any queries or questions
  • Update and maintain internal systems
  • Ensure payroll is accurate in terms of benefits including ensuring all joiners and leavers are correct
  • Invoicing
  • Adhoc project support

Key Skills:


  • Experience within a HR administration or a strong administrator
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise your workload
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent IT skills with a sound knowledge of MS Office programmes
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
