Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice HR Administrator to join our team in Totton.

You will work closely with the team to learn all aspects of Human Resources and recruitment processes, drafting letters, handbooks, contracts and other templates.


Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • General administration duties; including typing, photocopying, scanning
  • Marketing and social media
  • Writing and posting job advertisements
  • Providing reports and updates to management
  • Compliance administration
  • General team support

Skills required:


  • An excellent communicator with strong planning and organisational skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • You will have strong written and communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Proficiency across programs including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
