Grafton Banks Finance are actively supporting a well-established client who are looking to recruit a Junior Finance Analyst in the Reigate area.

Reporting into the Senior Finance Assistant, the role will be supporting the finance function with a range ofreporting and analysis.


Duties will include:

  • Prepare, assist and support in the preparation of material and analysis for use in internal, external, statutory and regulatory reports and returns.
  • Perform a range of periodic financial processes within the accounting and related IT systems
  • Assist with the operation of effective controls to mitigate risks.
  • Prepare reconciliations and check routine processes
  • Identify and propose ideas to improve and automate existing and future processes and routines
  • Support robust systems developments by identifying issues and improvement opportunities
  • To assist and support the external audit, annual report and accounts and analytical reviews
  • To actively collaborate within and outside the team

Desired experience/skills:

  • Ideally experience working within financial services or insurance
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • AAT qualifications (desirable)
