Pay Rate:
£19 p/hr CIS


Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting general maintenance and repairs on highways infrastructure.
• Assisting with excavation, backfilling, and compaction of trenches.
• Laying pipes, kerbs, and other groundwork materials.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in highways maintenance and groundwork operations.
• Valid CSCS card and relevant qualifications.
• Strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work.

Additional Information:

• This is a project position lasting approximately 8 weeks.
• Work will be based out of Pickering, YO1
• Payment will be made on a CIS basis at a rate of £19 per hour.
