Accounts Assistant - Portland, United Kingdom - G3 Systems Ltd
Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Reconcile the General Ledger and bank statements and assist with monthend closing procedures
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
- Support the finance team with various administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SUN, Oracle ad SAP
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Qualifications:
- AAT level 3, working towards full AAT Accreditation.
Job Types:

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
