Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
  • Reconcile the General Ledger and bank statements and assist with monthend closing procedures
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
  • Support the finance team with various administrative tasks

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working in an accounting or finance role
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as SUN, Oracle ad SAP
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

Qualifications:

  • AAT level 3, working towards full AAT Accreditation.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
