We will count on you to:

  • Fulfil the Solvency II Actuarial Function appointment for Marsh managed captive clients and lead the delivery of these projects.
  • Lead the delivery of other actuarial projects such as Loss Reserving to our clients.
  • Work with the team to ensure our clients receive a solution which is tailored to their needs ideally you would have proven experience in successfully managing multiple projects and producing quality deliverables on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with our Global team in every stage of the project from building statistical models to drafting reports and presenting the final output to clients.
  • Lead a small team of colleagues and provide coaching and mentoring to all team members.

What you need to have:


  • Qualified Actuary with Solvency II experience gained from a consultancy, broker house or an insurer.
  • Expert level of proficiency with MS Excel
  • Strong presentation skills and consulting project experience ability to translate results of data analysis into easytounderstand recommendations for client risk decisionmaking
  • 5+years experience including experience delivering on Actuarial Function reports
