We will count on you to:

Fulfil the Solvency II Actuarial Function appointment for Marsh managed captive clients and lead the delivery of these projects.
Lead the delivery of other actuarial projects such as Loss Reserving to our clients.
Work with the team to ensure our clients receive a solution which is tailored to their needs ideally you would have proven experience in successfully managing multiple projects and producing quality deliverables on time and within budget.
Collaborate with our Global team in every stage of the project from building statistical models to drafting reports and presenting the final output to clients.
Lead a small team of colleagues and provide coaching and mentoring to all team members.

What you need to have:

Qualified Actuary with Solvency II experience gained from a consultancy, broker house or an insurer.
Expert level of proficiency with MS Excel
Strong presentation skills and consulting project experience ability to translate results of data analysis into easytounderstand recommendations for client risk decisionmaking
5+years experience including experience delivering on Actuarial Function reports
