• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of overnight guest services.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests during the night shift.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate and monitor night operations to uphold the hotel's standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to address guest needs and resolve issues.
• Conduct regular rounds of the property to ensure the safety and security of guests and the premises.
• Perform administrative tasks, including night audits and reports.
• Handle and emergencies or disturbances that may occur.

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel industry as a night porter or manager.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in handling security related matters and emergency situations.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service procedures.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and emergency situations.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to handle tasks such as lifting luggage and standing for extended period of times.
