We are currently working with a market leading Motor Finance provider, due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint a Collections Advisor.
We are looking for an individual who is customer focused and must have experience in dealing with clients in financial difficulty.
No two calls will be the same, you will need to show a level of empathy and understanding of the clients needs.
Daily Tasks:
- Look to agree appropriate and fair solutions for the customer considering their individual circumstances
- Building repours with customers to ensure cases are handled appropriately
- Managing your own workload
- Ensuring customer queries are responded to in a timely manner
- Maintain an uptodate knowledge of any laws and regulations
Person Specification:
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
- Strong background in a regulated collections environment
- Experience working to and meeting KPI's
- Act with integrity and empathetically
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, time management skills.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Proactive approach to work.
- Team player with strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Job Types:

Salary:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
