As a
Community Support Worker, you will enable individuals with complex learning disabilities, behaviours perceived as challenging, mobility, communication as well as health and social care needs to maximise their independence within community environments.
Hours - Full and part time hours available (full time is 37.5 hours a week)
Starting Salary - £21,255.00 per year based on working 37.5 hours a week
Starting Salary potential £22,315.80 per annum
- £22,317.00 = (£21,255.00 annual salary + £1,060.80 enhancement for 15 weekend hours per fortnight)._
- _Figures based on base salary of £21,255 per annum, working full time (37.5 hours per week) and 25% hourly enhanced pay for weekend shift._

About the role
You will enable individuals with complex learning disabilities, behaviours perceived as challenging, mobility, communication as well as health and social care needs to maximise their independence within community environments.
Providing high-quality person-centred care, you will work alongside our existing team offering a diverse range of activities tailored to the needs of the individual, based on their lifestyle.
Facilitating socialisation and developing meaningful relationships is a key element to the Community Support Worker role.
