    Job Advert:Do you have customer service experience, and are you seeking a new opportunity in Falkirk? We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Team Leader for a fulltime role, offering an attractive salary and benefits package.


In this Team Leader role, you'll manage a team responsible for customer care while you motivate and guide a team of hardworking individuals to reach targets and strive for excellence in customer service.

As a Team Leader, you can expect to take on the following:

  • Ensure that team members perform in line with required customer service performance metrics
  • Manage workload in a timely and effective manner
  • Analyse customer feedback data
  • Pursue quality and assurance initiatives
  • Present recommendations for improvement

Additional requirements include:

  • Minimum 2 years' previous team management experience
  • PC literacy, fast typing and experience using appropriate software and systems
  • Clear credit, disciplinary and criminal records
  • Good interpersonal skills to motivate advisors and provide feedback in a positive, constructive way that will encourage performance improvement
