A BRAND-NEW opportunity for a Endpoint and Device Security Specialist to join a growing It company.
As the Bitdefender Specialist, you will be responsible for the management of existing and potential customers.

You will be required to define customer needs and execute against a sales plan to develop and grow the business.

The role will involve relationshipmanagement and development, hunting for new business both in SMB and Enterprise scenarios, maximising sales opportunities and ensuring trust and mutual execution of business objectives.


Responsibilities of the Endpoint and Device Security Specialist

  • Research and gather business intelligence across various markets
  • Full responsibility for acquiring, developing and retaining business within customer accounts
  • Identify new accounts and engage with key stakeholders to drive incremental sales
  • Work with the aligned Bitdefender Account Manager to identify key prospect accounts with good potential to develop sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within key spending accounts
  • Mange the sales cycle from end to end
  • Produce monthly and quarterly sales figure reports
  • Acting as a Solution Specialist and developing your knowledge of the Bitdefender product portfolio
  • Become an expert in the field of Bitdefender and cybersecurity
  • Take responsibility for selfdevelopment in both product knowledge and job competencies, achieving all objectives set

Endpoint and Device Security Specialist Requirements

  • At least two years' sales experience within the IT sector, especially at product level
  • Upselling and crossselling skills
  • Sales and prospecting experience
  • Excellent customer service (customer focus)
  • Influence and relationship building (peer relationships)
  • Analytical skills to include data recording, analyse reporting and detailed gap analyses
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport over the phone
  • The ability to work under pressure whilst building a pipeline of business, dealing with customer expectations to a high standard and meeting monthly / quarterly targets
  • To be a proactive selfstarter with ambition and drive to succeed
  • Sound organisational and time management skills
