Job objectives and responsibilities

  • Own the development of Power BI dashboards & reporting showcasing CI team content across the customer life cycle
  • Management and design of data to bring insights and reporting across Sales, Customer Insight including NPS
  • Collaborate closely with CI SME's to develop and enhance data and insight from key data inputs e.g. Salesforce (Pipeline, commercial contract details Sales), Customer Insight including NPS, Csat, Customer Insight Channels from Wins/Losses
  • Provide thought leadership around data visualisation and story telling
  • Create customer dashboards utilising datasets from multiple sources
  • Drive the development of performance reporting for use by Customer Insight leadership
  • Assist with the implementation of change initiatives where necessary
  • Creation of training and knowledge share materials, webinars, etc. to disseminate information.
  • Adhere and promote best practices and consistency across the team
  • Comfortable with being autonomous and managing own work area
  • Responsible for the delivery of Operational reporting and analytics for Customer Insight team at Group Level.
  • Using data and MI to deliver operational insight solutions using Power BI to support the business and our clients
  • Build and develop Power BI models and frameworks to improve and enhance dissemination of complex data sources
  • Play a key role in supporting Customer Experience & NPS leadership to build dashboards to deliver business and customer goals through the use of data, analytics, and storytelling.
  • Supporting analytics across all of the Connected Workspace products, helping Mitie deliver the Science of Service to Customers

Person Specification

  • We're looking for a curious and technically capable individual who has proven experience in generating insight from multiple datasets to inform decision making for our business and clients
  • Must have strong experience Microsoft Power BI, Power Query and DAX
  • Comfortable working with customers to define requirements, scope works and deliver user training
  • Proven track record of delivering valueadding analytical/BI projects with at least 3 years' experience in similar roles
  • Previous experience in with CRM data or customer experience would be beneficial
  • Understanding of data language, SQL or similar preferred
  • Must have good analysis skills to produce practical solutions to a range of problem
  • Experience with Python (Pandas, Matplotlib
