After an exceptionally prosperous year in 2023 and a recent surge in new clients, we are excited to expand our esteemed Community Development team.

Synergy Media Group collaborates with a diverse range of clients, including startups, enterprises, and Fortune 500 organisations. This role will be pivotal as the bridge between our clients and the global community of executives.


Position:
Senior Attendee Acquisition Executive


Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and departments to understand event objectives and Ideal Customer Profiles.
• Generate leads and identify potential clients through internet research, social media, and other relevant sources.
• Conduct lead outreach and pitch our events effectively.
• Proactively manage your pipeline and daily tasks.
• Ensure our product and attendees are prioritized in all activities.
• Maintain an uptodate CRM/database for lead tracking.
• Achieve monthly targets for attendee acquisition.
• Participate in briefing sessions to understand event details, key selling points, and potential objections.
• Provide support and updates to registered attendees.
• Continuously develop skills through training and onthejob coaching.
• Liaise with the leadership team and clients postevent for feedback and updates.

Desired Skills:

• Sales or events experience preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM systems such as HubSpot.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Selfmotivated to meet and exceed targets.
• Resilient and persistent in overcoming challenges.
• Adaptability to evolving circumstances.
