My client, a London Bridge based housing provider, seek an experienced Internal Communications Officer (Business Partner) for a 3 month booking starting asap.

The Internal Communications team helps to deliver on my client's Internal Communications and
Employee Engagement strategy. The Internal Communications Business Partner will be responsible for
the tactical delivery of state-of-the-art internal communications, employee engagement and employee
experience programmes. You will utilise modern communications channels to effect employee involvement
and participation. You will take a strategic editorial role to create a compelling, coherent narrative for our
internal communications to help employees stay focused on meeting the organisation's goals. You will
encourage collaboration between departments and help develop and improve our internal
social media channels.

Principle outputs & responsibilities

  • Working with the Head of Internal Communications, provide an efficient, responsive and
editorially coherent programme of accessible internal communications to our workforce.

  • Manage and develop the organisation's Intranet (on SharePoint) and support and encourage the
network of employee contributors.

  • Manage and develop the organisation's Employee Engagement App (Workplace by Facebook)
and support and encourage the network of employee contributors.

  • Create the organisation's biweekly (every two weeks) newsletter on Campaign Monitor.
  • Support all Partnership/Merger Integration initiatives from an IC perspective.
  • Work directly with the Director of Human Resources on the coordination, servicing and
internal promotion of the clients employee forum

£20.33 paye / £25.23 ltd umbrella per hour
