THE COMPANY:

Harnham is working with a global boutique consultancy focused on IT and management consulting. The company mainly specialises in implementing data strategy for data transformation and technology modernisation.

They are looking for a skilled Data Managementconsultant who can deliver data architecture and data governance solutions to improve their data ingestion and analytical capabilities.

THE ROLE:

As a Data Management consultant, you will have expertise in MDM, data mapping and establishing data governance frameworks.

You will work closely with external stakeholders to design and implement data strategy to modernise your clients' stack, standardisedata governance policy and focus on improving their data ingestion and analytical capability.

You will:

Liaise with external stakeholders and Csuite to understand their data requirements
Design and implement a data strategy to improve their data ingestion and analytical capabilities
Implement data cataloguing tools (Collibra/ Informatica)
Orchestrate data migration projects
Work with the internal Engineering team to maximise the usage of data
Promote data literacy across internal and external stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

To qualify for the role, you will require:

Strong stakeholder management experience
Knowledge of data governance and data governance principles (MDM, Data mapping, Data cataloguing)
Knowledge of BI/ MI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau etc)
Experience using data cataloguing tools (Informatica, Collibra)
SQL
An understanding of architectural design for AWS and Azure
Ideally, experience within a consultancy
