The Full Quart is a family owned traditional English bar & restaurant on the A370 near Weston-super-Mare. We have a rare opening for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team.As Bar Supervisor, you will help manage the day to day activities associated with running the bar and restaurant.
- Supervise other staff members whilst on shift.
- Help staff members to dive an maximise sales.
- Help with staff training.
- Ensure our high hygiene standards are continuously met.
- Motivate the team.
- Ensure excellent customer service is met at all times.
- Help with stock management and ordering.
- Help manage function bookings.
- Open and close the premises on selected days.
Salary:
£10.50-£12.50 per hour
