Your primary responsibilities will include:

To have basic knowledge of multi
disciplined trades.
Landscaping duties including weeding, gritting, grass cutting and tree maintenance.
General building repairs.
Provide support to other in house trades or complete other trade tasks, where deemed competent including minor plumbing repairs, tilling, painting and decorating and wet trades.
Support project teams refurbishment works.
Support site engineers in undertaking maintenance works including legionella checks and building fabric maintenance.
Escort suppliers around the site.
To assure that the company standards and policies are followed and maintained.

About You:

Experience In General Building Trades.
CSCS Skills card.
Previous experience working within the FM environment.
Full clean driving licence.
Previous experience working within building maintenance, projects and minor works environment.
Full disclosure is a contractual requirement.

This role will require Disclosure Scotland Clearance. Baseline or other similar security clearance may also be required.
