Hampshire Tile Warehouse is looking for a full-time ambitious and friendly self-starter to join our growing cyber team

Our small but focused team handle all the orders for 3 websites that specialise in tiles, as well as supporting products for tilers, DIYers, and interior designers.

You'll be working as part of a small focused team processing web orders, helping customers online and over the phone, and booking deliveries onto courier services.

This is a great office based role where we all jump in and help out where needed.

We need somebody who is a great team player as well as being efficient, accurate, and with a friendly office manner to help push ideas and sales forward.

Our department is growing rapidly so the ability to jump straight in with a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn is a huge plus.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess customers' needs
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the tools and guides provided
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Book deliveries onto courier systems (training given)
• Communicate with couriers to ensure a resolution to any delivery errors that may occur

Requirements and skills

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Must be IT literate and confident using computers
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Previous experience communicating with couriers is preferred

£22,000.00 per year
