This will be evidenced by your commitment to addressing inequalities in health and wellbeing.

You will have previous knowledge and experience around supporting the development of population and community-based public health initiatives that promote mental health and wellbeing.

You will have qualifications to at least level 4 and have additional specialist training and practical experience working in public health, health improvement, and/or mental health.

In return, we'll help you to achieve a healthy work-life balance through a generous annual leave package, membership of the Local Government Pension scheme, flexible, hybrid and matrix working arrangements, and a supportive and collaborative management structure.

Our new system of agile working means that although your work base will be Castlewood Clevedon, you will also be able to work from home.

In addition, you will be working in a supportive environment where you will have the chance to make North Somerset a healthier, happier and fairer place to live.
