Role Summary:


  • Requires indepth knowledge and expertise in their own job discipline and working knowledge of related disciplines
  • Leads projects or work streams within broader projects
  • Accountable for work of self and sometimes others, provides process and standards advice in area of specialty
  • Works independently, receives mínimal guidance
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

Responsibilities:


  • Defines complex or enterprisewide business needs for new and/or enhanced products, services, or optimized business processes
  • Works closely and develops relationships with a variety of seniorlevel internal and external business partners to ensure that all business requirements are understood, documented, and met
  • Ensures a lean agile mindset is applied across assigned business domain or portfolio
  • Works on initiatives of moderate complexity, size, and impact

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Charles River V9+ 5+ years minimum experience
  • Very good MSSQL 5+ years, comfortable writing procs, functions, triggers, queries
  • Front office trading experience
  • Banking domain knowledge
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Can articulate business needs and translate them into technology solutions
  • Identifies system/process/data impacts (upstream and downstream) and proposes appropriate alternatives/remediation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable and able to learn quickly
