We are currently seeking a dedicated
Learning Support Assistant to join our team.

This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with
SEN.

As a
Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing
1:1 support to students, helping them access the curriculum, develop their skills, and achieve their learning goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide tailored 1:1 support to students with SEN.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure students' individual needs are met.
  • Encourage students to engage in learning activities and build their independence.
  • Assist with personal care, as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Previous experience working with children with autism, ADHD or SEN is desirable.
  • A passion for supporting and nurturing the development of young individuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

£82.09-£84.00 per day


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Special education: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
  • DBS on the update service (preferred)
