Description
We are looking for a caring, conscientious and compassionate individual to join our Antron Manor Team.

Someone with a track record of providing high quality care, must hold Level 3 qualification or Level 2 qualification and be willing to work towards Level 3.


Purpose of the job - To be responsible for the care, support and well-being of all Residents in Antron Manor.

You will work with the team and be responsible to the Registered Manager.


We expect our team to offer Residents a standard of care and attention, which respects individuals' privacy and dignity, recognises their individuality, fosters their independence, offers them choices and enables them to control their own lives where-ever possible.

Our Aim - To enable our Residents to achieve their full capacity in their daily lives at Antron Manor, being fully aware and empathetic to their individual needs such as:

g). Responsible risk taking - feel safe and secure at all times

General Duties will include Team leading and delegation, Administration of Medications, guiding new team members to develop, Maintain good working relationships with G.P practice, Nursing Teams and other professionals, friends and family.

Review and develop Residents Care Planning, maintaining all records, completing observations and addressing medical concerns with professionals. Confidently and competently deal with any emergency situation. Complete relevant training and development, attend regular meetings.

A permanent contract and day shift hours.

£10.70-£11.50 per hour

- supervisory: 1 year (required)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
  • NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required)
