Credit Control Administrator

Burgess Hill - driver/cyclist (cycle to work scheme) required as not accessible by public transport

A Credit Control Administrator is needed to join the finance team with Hunter's client, a prestigious global aircraft component specialist.

The Credit Control Administrator assists the team in chasing customer payments and monitoring accounts.

Working hours are 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday


Credit Control - duties:


  • Build their own customer base taking full responsibility over time
  • Send out customer statements and copy invoices as and when required
  • Ensure Customers records are kept up date in Navision

Credit Control - the fit:


  • Previous Credit Control and sales Ledger experience would be helpful
  • Knowledge of Nav accounting system would be advantageous
  • Numerate, accurate with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Good computer literacy, with working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Confident telephone manner is essential
