Are you an ambitious experienced Recruitment Consultant, who thrives on success? An exciting opportunity has become available to join our successful Coventry team in our Industrial/Driving division as we are going through a period of growth and are looking to expand.

Communicating with clients to get an understanding of their recruitment requirements
Generating new sales leads
Confident in making sales calls / attending prospect site visits
Establishing a good understanding of clients within your geographical patch, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
Advertising vacancies on a wide range of media.

About you

You will be confident building and establishing relationships with prospective clients
A strong track record in sales and/or client development abilities
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Computer literate
Have good interpersonal and communication skills
Be approachable and quality oriented.
