Headley have a live vacancy with our engineering client in the Leeds area - a manufacturer of big ticket capital equipment products, who are seeking mechanical assemblers / mechanical assembly engineers to support their growing order book.


The role is varied and the products are reasonably complex, requiring assembly of a wide range of parts and components.

Full training will be given, but experience in a mechanical assembly role is required.

The role would suit skilled, or semi-skilled assemblers.

  • Working from technical drawings, assemble various components in line with customer orders.
  • Components will be a wide range of machined components, fabricated parts and different fixtures and fittings.
  • You will need to display a mechanically orientated mind, close attention to detail, problem solving and a commitment to the job.
  • Experience working in an engineering environment
Hours of work are 7.30am to 4pm, early finish on Friday. Overtime is available.

This is a permanent job - no agency contract.
