Role: Head of Quality / Head of QHSE - Global - West Midlands


Location: West Midlands (Hybrid)


Work type: Permanent


Package: £Competitive, bonus, medical, pension, 25 days + bank holidays, flexitime


ARCA Resourcing has an exclusive partnership with a well-established manufacturing organization in the West Midlands looking for a Head of Quality.

As the Head of Quality, you will utilize data-driven analysis to enhance the company's approach towards issue detection and resolution. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Fostering the growth and development of the quality team
  • Maintaining approvals, conducting inspections, and leading audits
  • Enhancing product quality through process controls, data analysis, and device measurement
  • Ensuring focus on quality in new product development and engineering change activities
  • Providing compliance expertise and support
  • Driving improvements in supplier quality

Experience required:


  • Degree (or equivalent) with certification as a lead auditor or relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Total Quality Management, ISO90001, and supply chain policies
  • Comprehensive understanding of compliance obligations
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Salary: £55,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
