We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join the Finance team and be based in London. The role will report the Chief Financial Officer and support the execution of the Group's vision and goals.

The role will require exceptional project and stakeholder management skills and will offer an exposure to multiple key internal and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

Being the central point for coordination of finance projects and objectives including monitoring and reporting of progress against timelines and achievability of goals;
Gathering information across departments and teams to collate information and prepare summary information packs to assist decision making;
Preparation of reports, analysis and presentation for both internal and external stakeholders;
Building good relationships with employees and acting as liaison between staff and the leadership team to highlight key successes or issues raised;
Overseeing finance resourcing and staff progression to identify staff and recruitment needs;
Support with the ongoing review of the Group's structure to identify opportunities for improvement and facilitate the implementation of changes;
Timely communication and escalation of issues with the leadership team; and
Performing independent research and analysis to support the CFO as required.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

At least 8 years experience in a Finance team or Professional Services firm;
An excellent communicator who is fluent in written and spoken English. Additional language skills will be an advantage;
Ability to handle projects with multiple workstreams, with proven leadership success over a wide variety of business problems;
You're a selfstarter that is keen to get involved in teamwork, has strong interpersonal skills, hardworking and flexible;
Ability to summarise complex financial data in clear analyses presentations;
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
