As our
Guest Relations Manager, you will support all Front of House departments when needed.

This is an exciting role for an ambitious and driven individual who wants to be involved in a variety of different challenges on a daily basis.

We are looking for our
Guest Relations Manager who will:

  • Ensure guests' needs are met beyond expectation
  • Play a handson role leading by example, and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the Front of House team members
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office and have excellent knowledge of
    Opera:
  • Share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, Care
  • Have previous experience as a
    Duty Manager, Assistant Guest Relations Manager, Guest Relations Manager, or similar role in a
    busy hotel operation.
