Customer Care Coordinator

Warwick


As Customer Care Coordinator you will be a vital part of our Customer Care Team within our Customer Success function.

The Customer Care Coordinator will be responsible for supporting home based renal failure patients and clinical professionals within haemodialysis.

Working with a cross functional team, you will be the main touchpoint for customers, providing outstanding service and support on an innovative medical device.


This will include order taking and logistics, installation of utilities and machines, hot swaps and machine maintenance, assisting clinics & patients with troubleshooting and triaging technical enquiries and all the associated process and (ERP/CRM) systems elements.

Requirements:


  • A background in Customer Services ideally in a medical device / healthcare environment or potentially a graduate looking for your first role a medical device organisation looking to utilise your customer service experience.
