Job Title:
Semi Skilled Tradesmen

Ashfield Group are looking for 2 x semi-skilled tradesmen to join the team at our Hotel refurbishment in Leeds City Centre.

General Working hours Monday to Friday - 7.30am - may increase during busy periods.

Experience required:

Experience in building and general maintenance tasks.
Using a tape measure and power tools (cutting/grinding and assembling furniture)
Knowledge in construction and sites work
Basic tool set

- drill/hand tools/general handy tools.

Good communication skills
Willing to work with others.
Helpful and willing to learn new trades.

Responsibilities:

Carrying & moving windows
Sanding timber window frames
Pointing and mastic window reveals
Picking and lifting raw materials
Ability to work unsupervised.
Attention to detail.
Work in fast paced environment.
Working as part of a team
Selfmotivated and enthusiastic
Wearing appropriate PPE at all times
Adhering to health and safety regulations
