If so, we have an opportunity for a
Regional Account Coordinator to join our
Sales Team

  • Work closely with the Field Sales Team and customers to manage daily activity, including order input, communicating stock shortages, and advising delivery dates.
  • Processing orders with the warehouse and ensure delivery dates are met.
  • Completion of customer product matrix and ordering of accessories, hangers, labels for processing.
  • Maintain customer profiles on internal system.
  • Maintain seasonals trade agreements and ensure all price changes in season are updated, recorded, and communicated.
  • Attend customer presentations either in house or off site at customers premises. Take notes and actions from the presentations and action accordingly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts in the Regatta Group logistics division.
  • Work closely with logistics to ensure the processing/rectifications are completed to a high standard and within required timescales.
  • Thrives in a fastpaced work environment and able to juggle conflicting deadlines and priorities.
  • Communicating with internal and external customers via telephone using the Horizon telecommunication system.
  • Selfmanagement of time and workload
  • Ownership of prioritising workload
  • Building strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Reinforce and act as an ambassador for the Regatta Company Values
  • Maintain meaningful Personal Development Plan
