Join CAMHS as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in our Nursing Division.

We're seeking an experienced individual with a passion for healthcare recruitment and a drive for business development in our HO in Hackney Wick.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years in recruitment, preferably within healthcare recruitment, demonstrating a track record of successful placements and business wins.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will lead, mentor, and coach a team of 2 recruitment consultants and drive team performance to achieve and exceed targets.

Consultants will drive business growth through identifying and securing new clients. By proactively seeking new business opportunities through targeted lead generation and networking. Alongside new business, Consultants must maintain strong relationships with existing clients and consistently provide exceptional recruitment services.

Recruitment is a sales role and our environment reflects this. CAMHS offers an excellent commission structure alongside clear career progression.

Our HO is based in the lively area of Hackney wick, we value a relaxed and fun atmosphere, where casual dress is the norm.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
