Duties and Responsibilities:
Performing duties of Reception and Public Relations, Daily "SWIFT Messages Management" General:
- Adhering to FCA's Statement of Principles of Business and PRA's fundamental rules.
- Adhering to all systems, controls related to work area.
- Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures of the Bank while discharging duties.
- Adhering to conduct rules.
- Always act with honesty and integrity.
- You must act with due skill, care and diligence while discharging duties.
- You must observe proper standards of market conduct and treat customers fairly.
Detailed Key Responsibility Area (KRA)/ Work Allocation:
- To work as Executive Support to CE, Reception and Public Relations and hospitality for bank visitors
- Daily "SWIFT Messages Management" (Generation, Inward, Distribution,
- To escalate any suspicious SWIFT message, Transactions in Nostro Account which is noticed while discharging the duty.
- Daily administration of inward and outward post.
- Administration of branch stationary/consumables requirements.
- Indenting of Books & Stationary and other consumables based on requirements of the branch
- Cover for operational clerical desks when required
