This is a permanent role, which will be office based, in Waterbeach (free onsite parking available).


Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Offer an exceptional level of customer relations and service
  • Communicating with existing customers to keep them informed about current offers and company news
  • Communicating with customers to encourage sales for the company and to nurture/build relationships
  • Answering customer queries promptly and accurately
  • Managing customer expectations
  • Identifying customer needs to result in effective solutions
  • Processing orders and taking payments
  • Maintaining and updating customer records on the company database
  • Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be required within a busy office environment
  • Assisting field sales
  • Assisting in achieving company goals
To be considered for this exciting role, you will need the following experience:

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to communicate at all levels
  • Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with clients
