FULL TIME: 37.5 hours per week


BASE:
East Birmingham

Birmingham Healthy Minds is a team of psychological therapists and practitioners working within and IAPT setting across Birmingham.

We are now seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated administrator to join the Birmingham Healthy Minds teams based in the East of the City.

You will provide an effective, efficient, and confidential administrative service to support the clinical team.

There is a need to be able to work within a busy work environment with accuracy and to tight deadlines.

You will work closely with a small admin team, yet need to have the ability to prioritise your workload and act on your own initiative is essential.


  • To undertake a range of administrative and clerical duties to support the work of Birmingham Healthy Minds.
  • To act as first point of contact for patients and visitors to the Team including fielding calls and taking and disseminating messages.
  • To service outpatient clinics utilising both Trust patient information and inhouse systems.
  • To undertake general administrative duties to assist the wider administrative and multidisciplinary teams in carrying out their duties.
  • To provide cover for colleagues when required to include working at any base across Birmingham to meet service needs.
  • To work flexible hours including weekends and evenings to meet the needs of the Service
