Description

Cambridge Nursing Home have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager (Qualified RGN) to join the friendly team.

The purpose of this role is to support the manager to ensure the home is run in a way that meets the individual care needs of residents, and the business needs of the company whilst maintaining full compliance with relevant legislation.

This is a full-time post, 40 hours per week combination of floor day and night and office 8am - 5pm.

Requirements:

Excellent clinical skills with a good working knowledge of CQC essential health and safety standards

RGN qualification and an active NMC pin number.

Desirable

RMN qualification
Level 4 Certificate in Principles of Leadership and Management in Adult Care
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care
