Your Responsibilities as a CNC Machinist

Set up and operate various CNC machines within the company.
Conduct First Off inspections, ensuring precise dimensions and adjusting machine settings as needed.
Strive for a harmonious balance between high production output and impeccable quality on the first attempt.
Maintain digital records of tool usage for future reference.
Proficiently operate manual machining equipment, encompassing milling, turning, grinding, and marking processes.
Develop expertise in handling Fanuc and Heidenhain machines effectively.
Interpret engineering drawings and grasp geometric tolerancing concepts.

Currently, the salary range is between £23K to £33K, with overtime available and bonuses to increase this.

Moreover, the company prioritizes work-life balance, offering a maximum four-day work week increasing over time opportunities, five weeks of annual leave, and additional benefits like a pension and life insurance.
