About the role
This role is Full time, permanent.


The Work Placement Coordinator will be responsible for promoting the identity of Northern Skills Group, generating Industry Placement starts in line with agreed profiles, securing new opportunities with employer organisations establishing constructive partnerships and collaborative working arrangements at an operational level to secure new business.


  • Good general education to at least Level 3 or equivalent
  • Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • IT skills appropriate to the needs of the post
  • Ability and the communication skills to build relationships, in particular with students from age 16 to adults and employers.
