WE ARE URGENTLY LOOKING FOR ENGINEERING GRADUATES (OR HND OR SIMILAR) ACROSS ANY ENGINEERING FIELD No experience is necessary, full training will be providedWe are open to any Engineering discipline including electronic, electrical, automotive, mechanical, aerospace, chemical etc. Our client is willing to provide extensive training and opportunities for career development for bright, technically minded engineeringapplicants.
The role is to provide remote technical support and diagnostic help to field engineers and customers. A technical mind and strong customer service skills are essential.
All systems are remotely connected to customer sites through the Web and intelligent software tools are provided to help analyse and diagnose problems.
We are looking for individuals with a technical or engineering background and an aptitude to learn - the company is willing to invest in thorough training for successful applicants and there are lots of opportunities for development as the business is growing.
We are open minded to both experienced engineers as well as newly qualified graduates / college leavers - if you have the aptitude then you will be considered.
The role will involve shift work as due to the nature of the clients you are working with you must be able to provide support 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Shifts will rotate, 7am - 4pm, 1pm - 10pm and 10pm - 7am, working 4 days on, 4 days off.
