Description
As a Recruitment Agency specialising in industrial, GLAA and Driver Recruitment, we are looking to expand our team of dedicated individuals by hiring a new Business Development Executive.
The Role
You will be primarily responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and working with the existing team to develop new sales.
You will also be responsible for prospecting potential clients, developing new leads, and working with the sales team to close sales.
Our new Business Development Executive will be excited by this opportunity and will be an important contributor to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify and research new opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
- Conduct market research on potential clients.
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided
- Prepare proposals for prospective clients.
- Prepare presentations for sales meetings.
- Meet regularly with the SMT to discuss progress on projects and prospects.
- Other Sales related duties as assigned by SMT
Skills:
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to present information in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Ability to create and develop relationships with customers, prospects, and colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
- Be fully proficient with Microsoft IT packages
Must have:
- A full UK driving license and own vehicle
- A minimum of 12 months Sales experience within the Recruitment Industry
- The ability to prove previous Sales achievements

£26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
