Learning Support Assistant - Primary

LSA required at a primary school in St Neots, Cambridge - Immediate start on a long-term basis - KS1 & KS2 - £90/£95 per day based on experience.

Do you have a passion for supporting children with special educational needs and experience as a Teaching Assistant? If so, we have excellent opportunities at local primary schools in and around St Neots who are currently seeking Learning Support Assistants to join their friendly schools.

Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - located in and around St Neots, Cambridgeshire

Experience working with students who have autism and other educational needs required

Long term role starting immediately - Potential to become a permanent post

Salary based on skills and experience between £90/£95 per day

You will be part of a team of professionals and teachers who are committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.

Your role will involve working closely with the SENCO and teachers to ensure that the pupil you support receives the best possible education and support to reach their full potential.

The key requirements for this role are:

Prior experience working with children or students with special educational needs (SEN), preferably in a school setting
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting students with SEN, including dealing with challenging behaviours and emotional regulation
Ability to adapt to new situations and respond flexibly to the changing needs of students and the school environment
