The Role Summary
As a Contract Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in providing cross-functional and departmental support, assisting the business in achieving its goals and objectives.
You will work closely with the administrative team, utilising your areas of specialisation while also having a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of business administration.
Your key duties within the role will include:
- Offer cross-functional and departmental support to assist the business in achieving company goals and objectives.
- Serve as a point of contact for general administration duties, handling a range of support functions and addressing queries from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide technical support to managers and trade staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and assistance.
- Act as a liaison between operational staff and clients, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Generate reports within agreed timescales, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct precise data entry and retrieval tasks to maintain uptodate records.
- Manage and maintain the business asset register, including ordering tools and uniforms for staff as needed.
- Assist in processing new starter forms and coordinating induction days.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills, ensuring efficient management of tasks and responsibilities.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of IT systems, with proficiency in business operating systems and the MS Office suite.

- Proven experience providing daytoday support in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration across teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Proficiency in IT systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with business operating systems.
- Numerical aptitude and analytical mindset.
- Methodical approach to work, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
